No, no nachos ;)


Woohoo! Day 4 in the books – nacho/beer free….I was starving at 11 last night and typically would have indulged…but not last night. I had a small piece I bread & a bottle of Pelligrino (sp?)

Anywho….I ran one very hot lap today & really wanted to do 2, but for the moment, I have 2.8 miles done in the searing heat/humidity AND I managed a :45 shower before heading out the door to be responsible:)))

  1. I think you might have a nacho problem…;)

    I took a few days off from running – I think I have achilles tendonitis (my ankle is swollen for no apparent reason – minimal pain). It’s making me crabby not to run, though!

    • Ohhh, nnooo! Time off is never fun, but sometimes necessary for the long run…get it?!?! Heehee….yes, I am still nacho free. Yay. I’m really not even craving them anymore and I’m even finding other good ways to use the Belizean hot sauce that once splashed my nightly nachos! I hope you are back to normal super-quick!!!
